We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager obsessed with delivering better healthcare outcomes and building products that strike a balance between human-centered design and logic. Responsibilities:
The Associate Product Manager will report to a Group Product Manager, and support the efforts of a Senior Product Manager, owning a discrete line of products. The role will focus on tactical roadmap delivery efforts, while advancing skills in the area of long-term product strategy and product ownership.

  • Become immersed in the company’s existing Agile software development
  • Work hand-in-hand with Engineering to deliver functional solutions against the roadmap
  • Work with a Senior Product Manager to deliver against the strategic roadmap
  • Write compelling user stories and requirements in support of a seamless product development cycle
  • Monitor and report on post-launch product KPIs
  • Gather product data, including key statistics and user trends
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps, including analysis of our competitors
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products to minimize friction on launch
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features, resolving bugs and manage expectations of timelines
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Participate in system configuration

Qualifications:
  • Has 2+ years of experience building and shipping products and features customers love.
  • Has an ability to dissect problems into bite-sized deliverables, enabling teams to ship products and test a hypothesis in the market quickly.
  • Follows a scientific and systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Has sufficient technical chops to work closely with Engineers about technical considerations, and an ability to be transparent about and learn what you aren’t familiar with.
  • Has the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease; can turn a blank sheet of paper or raw data into actionable plans and requirements.
  • Innately curious and collaborative; can build navigate cross-functional relationships that foster team-driven outcomes.
  • Communication skills that enable you to discuss problems, ideas and solutions in a succinct manner.
  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
  • Working knowledge in project management tools such as the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and Pendo.
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
