What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a strategic Product Operations and Integrations Manager that is collaborative and outcome focused, with strong technical and domain experience in healthcare interoperability. This individual should be self-motivated, curious, and a fast learner who can work cross-functionally to achieve measured outcomes. The Product Operations and Integrations Manager should have a background and understanding of product strategy as it relates to healthcare integrations and workflows, as well as strong project management skills.  

Responsibilities:
The Product Operations and Integrations Manager will strategically support integration projects for our clients, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments. The individual will work to standardize and optimize processes by creating best practices for integrating our software with our partners, as well as targeting product prioritization of backlog items. This is a specialized role within product management that normalizes interoperability functions across all products and services by creating common templates and tools. This individual will also perform data analytics and develop methods for meaningful engagement with customers and potential customers.

  • Integration Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate the planning and delivery of complex integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
    • Communicate project objectives to all team members involved.
    • Host and facilitate functional project meetings for assigned projects.
    • Identify project risk and execute on risk mitigation strategies.
    • Develop repeatable/scalable project templates and resources to improve efficiency and quality of integration project delivery.
  • Strategic Collaboration on Integration Projects: Foster collaboration across departments for integration projects, leveraging insights to enhance product strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Advisory Role in Integration Strategies: Act as a key ad visor on integration strategies to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Product Prioritization: Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog Items and ordering Product Backlog Items
    • Managing sprints in alignment with established goals and backlog prioritizations
    • Help to organize the implementation of new features, resolving bugs, manage expectations of timelines and evaluate progress at each stage of development

Qualifications:
  • Experience with integrations product strategy including 2-5+ years leading the delivery of successful products.
  • Experience working with integrations of healthcare systems.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience working directly with clients.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products - efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and delivery on projects.
  • Experience developing plans and roadmaps for a product.
  • Proven ability to work with partners and clients to deliver upon joint solutions under tight timeframes.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrations and integration engines with strong preference to HL7, FHIR, Mirth, and Rhapsody.
  • Familiarity with major EHR systems, processes, and data flows (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Nextgen, eClinicalworks).
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and external parties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
