You are self-motivated, curious, authentic, intuitive, highly motivated, results-driven, and a fast learner.  You get excited to oversee the conception, implementation, analysis, and acceptance of DevOps/TechOps projects.  You are a team player, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and someone who can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.  You value transparency, teamwork, and open communication. You are data-driven, comfortable with multiple projects with a high-volume workload, and adept at dealing with shifting requirements. 
 
Responsibilities:

Project initiation and planning:

  • Conduct discovery calls with internal and external customers.
  • Build out project plans, confirming all products and dependencies are identified.
  • Define scope, budget, milestones, and quality requirements for successful project outcomes.
  • Assess team capacity to ensure realistic and timely project assignments.
  • Proactively provide detailed feedback to leadership on any potential bottlenecks, delays, or blockers to project timelines.
Project Assignments:
  • Evaluate, plan, and monitor project milestones.
  • Responsible for continuous oversight and alignment of project plans, changes to scope, internal tickets, and escalations to supporting teams. 
Monitor Implementations:
  • Work with cross-functional team members to ensure a successful and efficient implementation and identify and address opportunities to increase quality and effectiveness. 
  • Work collaboratively with supporting teams to ensure that all project plans are current and up to date and ensure progress remains on track.
  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalations/issues.
Project Assessments and Reporting:
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify, manage, and work with team members to resolve risks and issues related to the implementation. 
  • Monitor KPIs, project progress, and blockers and provide regular reports on team performance.
Project completion and handoffs:
  • Adhere to standardized HST project management process and methodology, as well as assess and improve standardized HST process and methodology.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of formal Project Management experience or similar relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or ASC setting preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle issues during project progression and completion.
  • Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment
